Dragon Tiger strips a card game down to its purest moment: one card dealt to Dragon, one card dealt to Tiger, and the higher rank wins.
Dragon Tiger belongs to the live dealer table category — the same section of the lobby where you find Baccarat Highrollers — but it runs on a simpler betting structure. There are no multi-card draws, no totalling of points, and no decisions to make mid-round.
Dragon Tiger keeps the action moving because there is genuinely nothing complicated to learn. The bet positions are visible on the table cloth from the moment the round opens.
You back the Dragon position to receive the higher-ranked card. If Dragon's card outranks Tiger's card, the round settles in your favour. The stake and result appear immediately in your account balance once the round closes. Card rank follows standard playing card hierarchy.
Placing your stake on Tiger works by the same logic — you are backing Tiger's single card to rank higher than Dragon's. Both Dragon and Tiger bets resolve in one motion. No extra decisions, no secondary draw, and no waiting for a dealer shoe reset between rounds.
When Dragon and Tiger receive cards of equal rank, the round is a Tie. The Tie position is an available side bet shown on the table.
Open the live casino section in your mobile browser, locate Dragon Tiger in the table listing, and tap to enter. The bet panel loads at the bottom of the screen.
Knowing where the game publishes its own rules and return figures is more useful than a number quoted out of context.
Every Dragon Tiger table at 499apps surfaces a rules or information icon inside the live game window. Tap that icon to read the current table rules, including side-bet definitions and payout ratios — these are set by the content provider and shown exactly as configured.
RTP figures are only shown where the content provider for that Dragon Tiger variant publishes them. If a figure is available, it appears in the information panel. We do not supply an estimated or assumed RTP where the provider has not released one for that specific table configuration.
Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed on the table before you place a chip. These limits are set at the table level and may differ between Dragon Tiger variants.
Dragon Tiger loads in a standard mobile browser without requiring any app installation. Chrome and Safari on Android and iOS both support the live table stream.
If something does not look right during a Dragon Tiger session — a disconnected stream, a stake that did not register, or a question about a round result — our support channels are reachable from inside your account. Use the route that matches your situation.
Reach the support team through the live chat button visible in your signed-in account area. Describe the Dragon Tiger table name and round time so the team can locate the session record quickly. Live chat is the fastest path for active table issues.
Your account dashboard includes a help or support section where common Dragon Tiger questions — disconnections, unrecorded stakes, tie result queries — are addressed. Check there first before opening a live chat, as many round-level questions are answered in the published help articles.
For non-urgent Dragon Tiger queries, use the email contact published on the 499apps site. Include your account username, the table variant name and approximate time of the round. Email is suited to detailed queries about session history or stake records rather than in-session issues.
When you sit at a Dragon Tiger table, several layers of published information are available to you directly inside the game window.
The rules panel inside each Dragon Tiger table is populated by the content provider, not edited by us.
Your account transaction and game history records each Dragon Tiger round result, stake placed and payout received. If a round outcome appears incorrect, this history is the reference point for any support query. Open the history section from your signed-in dashboard to review individual round records.
Dragon Tiger runs on a live dealer stream where a real dealer draws physical cards on camera. The card reveal is visible to all participants in the round simultaneously.
Dragon Tiger is listed under the live casino or live table category in the 499apps lobby — not under slots or crash games. Finding it through the correct category filter ensures you reach the live dealer version rather than an RNG simulation. Check the category label on the table tile before entering.
Quick definitions for the words and phrases that come up when you are reading Dragon Tiger table rules, checking your account history or asking support a question. These are plain-language explanations, not rulebook extracts.
Dragon is one of the two betting positions on the table. One card is dealt face-up to this position each round. You back Dragon when you expect its card to rank higher than the Tiger card dealt in the same round.
A Tie occurs when Dragon and Tiger receive cards of identical rank in the same round. It is a separate bet position on the table. Tie results are less common than a Dragon or Tiger win, and the payout structure is different — check the game's published paytable for exact figures.
RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of total stakes a game variant is configured to return over a large number of rounds. For Dragon Tiger, RTP is only shown where the content provider publishes it for that specific table configuration inside the information panel.
A side bet is an additional wagering option beyond the main Dragon or Tiger positions. The Tie bet is the most common side bet. Some Dragon Tiger variants include suit-based or rank-based side bets. All available side bets for a table are listed in its in-game rules panel.
Round history is the record of previous Dragon Tiger results within a session — typically shown as a bead road or result grid inside the game window. Your personal stake and payout history for each round is also stored separately in your signed-in account dashboard.
Card rank hierarchy determines which card beats which in Dragon Tiger. Ace is the lowest card and King is the highest in most Dragon Tiger variants.
These are the questions that come up most often from new and returning players when they first find Dragon Tiger in the lobby or after their first few sessions. Each answer is specific to how Dragon Tiger works at 499apps, not a generic description of the game category.
